Effective maintenance is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of industrial operations.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability function across various assets. This role will focus on developing proactive strategies, planning, and execution to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

The key responsibilities include:

Developing Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Programs

  • Maximise equipment uptime through data-driven maintenance practices.

Overseeing Shutdowns, Turnarounds, and Long-term Maintenance Planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute shutdowns and turnarounds.
  • Develop long-term maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset performance.

Managing CMMS and Data Analytics

  • Utilise SAP/Maximo to manage maintenance activities and drive asset performance.
  • Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and improve overall efficiency.

Leading Contractor and Vendor Performance

  • Manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure quality, safety, and value for money.

Monitoring Maintenance KPIs and Embedding Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead root cause failure analyses and implement corrective actions.

Collaborating with Operations and Engineering Teams

  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimise asset lifecycle and cost control.

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSEC standards and foster a strong safety culture.

Leadership and Communication

  • Provide on-site leadership and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years' experience in maintenance and reliability in heavy industry or oil & gas.
  • Proven leadership experience in maintenance teams and contractor/vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, asset management, and reliability engineering.
  • Ability to travel regularly to various sites.
