Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Community Marketing Leader to shape the future of our global creative community.

As a key member, you'll develop and implement a global community strategy that aligns with company goals and brand values. You'll lead a team of Community Managers, setting goals, guiding execution, and supporting skill growth.

Your role involves:

  • Developing a global community strategy aligned with company goals and brand values
  • Leading and mentoring a remote team of Community Managers
  • Establishing scalable systems and processes for community programming, reporting, and knowledge sharing
  • Supporting the company strategy through community and marketing activations
  • Overseeing SEO efforts to drive traffic to online platforms
  • Identifying regional needs, cultural nuances, and platform-specific opportunities across diverse audiences
  • Building long-term relationships with top contributors, creators, and partners to champion community culture and user-generated content

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in community management, program strategy, or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. They should have a proven track record of managing and scaling a team, strong program management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
