The Ten Tops Team Member is an entry-level position responsible for various operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining assigned areas
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
  • Receiving deliveries and managing invoicing/paperwork
  • Checking off stock to invoice
  • Stocking shelves and displays

This position involves standing for entire shifts, frequently operating cash registers, moving merchandise weighing up to 10kg, and using ladders to retrieve and put away stock. It also requires frequent communication with customers and staff on telephone and face-to-face in the store.

Requirements:
  • Recent relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated understanding and willingness to provide excellence in customer service
  • Ability to multitask
  • Creative thinking
  • Cash handling experience including balancing of cash register
  • Solid numeracy skills

The ideal candidate will have a high level of presentation, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and an extrovert persona. They must be enthusiastic about working within a team environment and enjoy connecting with people.
