About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Associate to join the Tamworth team on a permanent full-time basis.
Whether you're stepping into the Real Estate industry for the first time or seeking an invigorating new challenge, we want to hear from you As a Sales Associate supporting Elders Tamworth team, you'll dive into the dynamic world of prospecting for new business, learning from one of the top agents in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with vendors and buyers of a wider range of properties and build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support the sales agents in delivering outcomes for their clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Assist prepare property appraisals, listings and promoting open homes
- Building and maintaining authentic buyer and clientele relationships
- Managing buyer enquiries and accurately maintaining databases
- Provide open home support, coordinate appointments, photo shoots and inspections
- General administration as required
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NSW Sales Registration Certificate or working towards completion
- Current driver's license with suitable vehicle
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient using Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required)
- An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career
