Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the employee lifecycle through hiring team members whose core passions align with our products and culture.
  • Model exceptional guest service and engagement with your peers, guiding your team to drive unique product experiences within your community.
  • Partner closely with store leaders to ensure smooth operations and work towards common goals.
  • Identify and develop a store leadership talent pipeline in partnership with store leaders.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and train high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate with accuracy, attention to detail, and a focus on results.
  • Comfortable adhering to and enforcing health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Good understanding of P&L statements and retail analytics.
  • Proven ability to set a clear vision, align teams around common goals, and foster commitment to objectives.
  • Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration while driving business outcomes.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
  • Seek solutions that prioritize what is right and promote a positive work environment.
