Lead Product Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product design leader to join our digital team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer experience across our e-commerce journey, from basket through to payments and post-purchase.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing design team of six talented designers, providing clarity, direction, and feedback to ensure milestones are met.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders in our triad model to strengthen web and app experiences, making them more intuitive and reducing customer friction.

This is a leadership role where you'll guide the design vision, enable great work to happen, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience directly managing a design team of 3 or more people, with a strong background in e-commerce and a deep understanding of online shopping behaviors and best practices.
  • Ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction, working in cross-functional, agile teams with product and engineering.
