**Job Description**

The Senior Clinical Training Specialist will play a critical role in overseeing the specialist psychiatry training program for Trainee Medical Officers (TMOs) within CALHN.

You will be responsible for managing six-monthly rotations, providing ongoing support to trainees and supervisors, and ensuring that training and education opportunities are optimised for successful completion.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Specialist registration in Psychiatry with the Medical Board of Australia;
  • A strong commitment to RANZCP training goals and trainee wellbeing;
  • Proven leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Knowledge of RANZCP regulations, quality improvement, and safety standards.
