This dynamic role is centered around providing initial assessments and coordinating rapid service responses for those in need of emergency mental health care. Working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including consumers, community members, and health professionals, you will help ensure that individuals receive timely and appropriate support tailored to their unique situations.
In this metropolitan-wide collaboration with SA Ambulance Service, you will conduct thorough telephone assessments and determine the urgency of referrals, providing essential guidance and brief counseling when necessary. Your expertise will be critical in monitoring mental health activity across South Australia, fostering a seamless flow of information and care coordination.

What We Offer
- Salary: RN-3: $121,537 - $126,970 per annum + superannuation and salary packaging, AHP-2: $88,255 - $102,240 per annum + superannuation and salary packaging
