Job Title:

Care Companion Driver

We are seeking a compassionate and patient driver to provide transportation services for seniors in need.

About the Role

This permanent part-time (3 days per week) role involves driving seniors to appointments, shopping, and outings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and reliable transportation to seniors
  • Fostering a spirit of harmony and friendship with residents
  • Assisting with transfers if required while following safe work practices
  • Maintaining records of transport journeys and documenting trips
  • Ensuring vehicle maintenance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C-Car licence) and a safe driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of empathy, compassion, and patience
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
