* Conducting Change Risk Assessments (CRA) and Change Impact Assessments (CIA) to identify stakeholders and potential impacts.
* Designing, developing, and implementing change management plans to include change and education activities to support stakeholders.
* Building and sustaining effective relationships across projects and groups to help build change understanding and deliver intended outcomes.
* Sharing current information on change management and best practices, identifying gaps, and opportunities to collaborate with the culture change and capability team to increase change management capability.

Key capabilities include:

* Ability to implement change management plans and activities, working alongside projects, communications, and other areas to ensure effective implementation.
