Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Casual Medical Receptionist to join our practice. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk reception, welcoming patients and supporting healthcare professionals.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments as required.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries.
  • Provide general administration support and complete ad hoc duties.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent customer service skills with previous experience an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Detail-orientated and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
