About the RoleThis role is for Armed Security Officers to work in various locations across Melbourne. You will be part of a team that provides security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of people and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think laterally and solve issues that may arise
- Understanding of communication lines and chain of command
- Understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols, including fire systems
- Protect and maintain security and integrity of buildings and infrastructure
- Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports
- Be well-presented and well-spoken
- Good IT skills
Requirements
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Armed security license
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Well-presented and spoken
- Great communication skills
- Full working rights
