Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Space Maintenance Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential spaces. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks to ensure residential spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of various surfaces.
  • Launder linens and other textiles as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain an organized schedule to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
  • Skills in carpet cleaning and floor care techniques are highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement in cleanliness.
