Identity Lifecycle Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Identity Lifecycle Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our identity lifecycle management program.

About the Role
  • This role is ideal for individuals with 10+ years of experience in cyber management consulting.
  • You will lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive ILM program, ensuring alignment with our Zero Trust security strategy.
  • Your expertise will be essential in defining and implementing a robust User Access Review (UAR) process, guaranteeing user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a centralised approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across our organisation, encompassing user onboarding, role/permission management, and offboarding for all applications within the ecosystem.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability and proven experience in delivering communications and training activities.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organisation.
