Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to achieve operational goals.
- Drive safety leadership and compliance with Work Health and Safety standards.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance outcomes within scope and timelines.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote innovation in maintenance practices.
An ideal candidate has experience leading maintenance execution teams, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance of water and wastewater assets, and driving continuous improvement. Problem-solving skills, a strong grasp of safety, compliance, and asset management, effective communication, and leadership are essential.
