Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Data Testing Expert to lead our data testing initiatives and drive business growth.

This role involves developing and executing robust data testing strategies, managing test scenarios, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Create and implement effective data testing plans tailored to specific project needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute data testing frameworks for BIG Data and cloud migration projects.
  • Lead the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL testing and data migration.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on data testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of data testing results to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level experience in data testing, ETL testing, and BIG Data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M and ESP.
  • Familiarity with data testing tools like Informatica.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
