**The Role**

We're looking for a Test Data Lead who will be a pivotal figure in a program of work, building a Test Data Management capability from scratch and ensuring the successful execution of testing activities. Your responsibilities will encompass risk mitigation, quality engineering, and the delivery of valuable outcomes aligned with client and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the test data management strategy and execution for Digital Insurer program.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain test data sets to support functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different test environments.
- Develop and implement data masking and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information.
- Automate test data generation and management processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on test data management best practices.

**R**equired Capabilities and Experience**:

- Proven experience in test data management within a software QA environment.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Experience with AWS / Azure cloud-based data generation and management solutions.
- Experience with data masking, anonymization, and test data generation tools.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in software testing or data management.
