Job Overview

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our residents. You will work under the guidance of our Registered Nurses to assist with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity for residents
  • Work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes growth and development

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field (desirable)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and infection control principles
