Lead Resident Wellbeing Programs
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Resident Wellbeing Coordinator to drive the development and delivery of varied wellbeing programs promoting physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing for our residents.
- Create engaging resident wellbeing experiences that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
- Cultivate effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment through proactive leadership and team collaboration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifestyle programs that enhance resident quality of life.
About the Role:
The Resident Wellbeing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for our residence's emotional environment. If you're passionate about creating joy and enthusiasm, this is an exciting opportunity.
Requirements:
- Diversional Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years experience as a Resident Wellbeing or Lifestyle Coordinator in an aged care setting.
- Proven ability to lead wellbeing activities and staff in providing high-quality programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Able to reflect on own performance and seek guidance when required.
