Our Family Preservation and Reunification Response Program focuses on empowering families to create a safe and nurturing environment.
As a senior specialist, you will deliver intensive wraparound case management services to the most complex and challenging families. You will undertake risk assessments, lead care team planning, and develop creative interventions to engage hard-to-reach families.
Working collaboratively with a care team, you will assist families to address the safety and developmental needs of children and young people, and support parents to enhance their resilience and self-determination.

Requirements:
- Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working within the child, youth, and family welfare sector, including Child Protection
- Understanding of theoretical approaches relevant to working with infants, children, young people, and families
- Able to undertake risk assessments and plan appropriate intervention strategies
- Strong time management and communication skills
