Seeking a seasoned leader to provide strategic oversight and operational guidance to residential aged care facilities in rural and remote Australia.

About the Role:
  • Manage the daily operations of aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and government regulations.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive high-quality, person-centred care through effective team leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation in line with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care by mentoring and supporting staff.
  • Manage facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community through compassionate and professional engagement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in aged care management, including recent (within the last 12 months) experience as a Facility Manager in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI, aged care funding models, Quality Standards, and accreditation processes.
  • A current Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain prior to placement.
  • A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration is highly desirable but not essential.
