Aged Care Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a caseload of community-based older Australians with their Government funded aged care services delivered in their homes.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Fundamentally, you will be responsible for managing clients' funding budgets in accordance with government program guidelines, ensuring each client's care requirements are adequately met.
  • You will assess clients' needs and develop personalized Care Plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver comprehensive care to our clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in community-based case management is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion are vital when working with clients and their families.
