Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans: Create personalized support plans based on functional behaviour assessments.
  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments: Identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviours and develop effective strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Families: Work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration as an NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner: A preferred qualification, but not essential.
  • Degree in Allied Health or Related Area: A relevant degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Current Driver's License and Working Vehicle: A current driver's license and access to a working vehicle are required.
