We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor to join our Corporate Finance team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates with corporate finance experience or a solid foundation in business advisory, audit, or insolvency (approximately 3 years) who wish to transition into corporate finance.

This senior-level position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
