Senior Brand Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the relaunch and transformation of our existing venues.
Job Description:- Leverage your expertise in brand development to drive growth, and lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop and execute compelling brand strategies backed by customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research.
- 5+ years' senior hospitality marketing experience with a proven track record in brand development and scalable concepts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Brand strategy development and implementation to drive sales and revenue.
- Launch marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Post-launch performance monitoring and implementation of tactics to maintain or boost revenue.
What You'll Need:
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.
