
Critical Infrastructure Specialist

Optimize data center performance as a Critical Facilities Engineer. Key responsibilities include site administration, incident management and capacity planning.
Responsibilities:- Perform daily checks and site inspections to maintain facility infrastructure. Coordinate preventative maintenance tasks and vendors.
- Lead complex maintenance activities including electrical and mechanical systems. Collaborate with team members on major repairs and develop procedures for their execution.
- Coordinate critical switching activities while maintaining workplace safety practices.
- Ensure incidents are escalated according to protocols. Provide support to other teams as needed.
- Manage access control and security measures. Activate the fire protection system and take necessary actions.
- Maintain and coordinate site records to meet compliance requirements. Attend vendor meetings to discuss services and address issues.
- Electrical or engineering degree with experience in data centers.
- Team-oriented approach with willingness to learn and develop on the job.
- Engineering mindset and strong troubleshooting experience related to UPS, STS, LV, HV systems.
- Sound knowledge of generators, chillers and mechanical systems would be beneficial.
- Experience with high-voltage switching in live environments.
