Job Title: Critical Communications Infrastructure Specialist

We operate and maintain one of the world's largest critical communications networks in New South Wales, serving over 50 emergency services agencies and utilities. Our network ensures high accessibility even in harsh environments.

Our team is proud of our commitment to excellence, hard work, and leadership. Field Service teams ensure continuity of our network, while highly skilled Operators keep the public informed during crisis situations and respond quickly to changing operational requirements.

This role provides technical support and maintenance responsibilities for the NSW Public Safety Network (PSN). You will provide technical leadership to the NOCC and field teams in resolving issues, identifying problems, and proactively addressing challenges.

  • Resolve level 2 incidents and associated problems.
  • Manage configuration and software changes for the P25 network and site-related equipment, including peer review.
  • Evaluate and escalate support requests as needed.

You should have a good understanding of P25 or equivalent systems and RF technology.

This position requires on-site attendance five days a week due to its operational nature and cannot be performed remotely.
