Finding a New Opportunity


The Perth Branch is currently seeking a Technical Support Representative (HV) for its Customer Support team. This role will involve traveling throughout Western Australia to provide technical support to customers and create solutions to meet their needs. The successful candidate will assist HCA staff with technical and diagnostic support, including machine inspections and troubleshooting.


Responsibilities and Requirements



  • Support of Hitachi Rigid Trucks
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting, and fault finding
  • Producing detailed condition reports and discussing findings with customers and site personnel
  • Working with internal departments to provide high levels of service
  • Promoting parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targets

What You'll Need



  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage a customer base
  • Mine site experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge of mining equipment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel as required in line with customer needs
