About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transportation and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Riverstone location. As a key member of our Auscol business, you will provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and invoicing requirements
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and details of actions taken
  • Communicate with internal teams to discuss sales and operational targets
  • Generate sales leads and route planning activities for sales teams
  • Accurately and timely report on results
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the waste, recycling, oils, or transport industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High customer and solution focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
