Job Overview

The role of Director, I&T Service Operations encompasses leading the delivery and continuous improvement of stable, secure, and resilient I&T services across VIDA. This position oversees enterprise systems, digital operations, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption.

This position is responsible for:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategic technology roadmaps;
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of new systems to ensure functional effectiveness and operational sustainability;
  • Coordinating decision-making between operational insights and design considerations;
  • Aligning with stakeholders on shared resource planning and joint risk management.
