Job Opportunity: Fire Sprinkler Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. As a key member of the multi-skilled team, you will be responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure and critical systems.

About the Role:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect, test and maintain fire sprinklers and associated infrastructure in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Repair and installation of wet and dry suppression systems and infrastructure.
  • Work with operational and maintenance personnel to coordinate life safety system impairments as required for repairs, maintenance and new installations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect fire extinguishers regularly.
  2. Maintain a complete and current working understanding of all relevant facilities infrastructure, equipment and systems.
Requirements:
  • NICET II or III - Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems.
  • A strong understanding of Work Health Safety (WHS) Act, and EHS policies & procedures.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience working within Facility Maintenance or similar technical environment.
