Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading financial services company as a Technical Lead. The role involves providing technical leadership and expertise to drive innovation and development of new features using a microservices architecture within the.NET 8 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement metrics to measure team progress and system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and design solutions to ensure robust and scalable system architecture.
  • Coach and support team members to enhance their skills and ensure successful project delivery.

DevOps Focus

A key aspect of this role is to uplift the company's DevOps maturity by implementing industry best practices. Strong DevOps skills are essential to drive improvements within the team. Responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Expertise in C#,.NET 8 or.NET Core+
  • Proficiency in SQL Server
  • Experience with Azure, CI/CD practices, and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong backend development experience, particularly with microservices.
  • T-shaped engineer with deep expertise in backend development and broad knowledge of DevOps and cloud technologies.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and implementing design solutions.
  • Advocate of clean code and well-versed in various design patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
