About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading complex technical initiatives and guiding squads through the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
