We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the effective and efficient processing of professional standards and ethical consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow systems and processes.
  • DIRECTLY accountable for the morale and engagement of direct reports and their professional development.
  • Maintain necessary records.
  • Receive and undertake preliminary assessments of alleged breaches of professional codes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Law or Professional Complaints management.
  • SOUND understanding of administrative law and good governance principles.
  • Experience in professional standards and compliance is essential.
