We are currently recruiting for multiple Disability Support Workers to join our team in Geelong.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supports to our participants, empowering them to reach their goals and live independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support and services to participants with diverse needs and abilities
  • Implementing strategies to promote independence, confidence, and meaningful inclusion in society
  • Supporting participants in daily living activities, including domestic and personal care, community access, and transportation

Requirements for the role include:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Covid19 Digital Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation Statement
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
