Building Services Design Specialist

As a Building Services Design Specialist, you will support the success of our organisation locally and nationally.
The ideal candidate has exposure to the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter/modeller, with a desire to develop design skills in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities- Produce designs, drawings and models to current Australian standards and authority codes.
- Ensure accurate drawings and models according to supplied specifications and applicable standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter.
- Solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and other software is advantageous.
- Attention to detail when modelling and producing drawings for accuracy and presentation.
- Excellent knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and building regulations.
- Ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings and models from a design brief.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and on-site measures if requested.
- Excellent commercial construction knowledge is imperative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
You will be great with people and experienced in all facets of the design process.
