The Role

We're seeking a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Toowoomba team on a permanent, full-time basis. As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to strengthen their business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service through processing sales, performing sales quotes, and delivering product to customers
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
  • Assist the team with relevant administration duties to maintain branch operations

About You

  • You're a collaborative and passionate individual who thrives in a team environment
  • You have technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
  • You have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills
  • You hold a driver's license and are willing to obtain a HMR truck license and forklift license
  • You have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
