About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our team and deliver high-quality events that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute multiple events in a digital/virtual capacity, as well as in-person events;
  • Manage event timelines, invitations, communications with attendees, suppliers, and stakeholders;
  • Coordinate financial aspects, including budget development, expense management, and invoice processing;
  • Sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing site selections and contract negotiations;
  • Registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gift selection, audio/visual needs, webcasts, staging, and speaker selection for all programs;
  • Work with the team to ensure adherence to client standards and policies, compliance, and risk guidelines;
  • Travel for site inspections and on-site management of live events;
  • Post-event wrap-up, including final attendees, budget reconciliation, observations, and client debriefs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years' experience in event management, preferably in a corporate or financial environment;
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred;
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent project management skills, able to think innovatively;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Virtual event experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Ambitious, proactive, and highly organized individual who can adapt to changing demands and client work styles;
  • Experience working with large and complex databases and Cvent experience is a plus.
