Film Operations Manager

Overview:

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a cinema, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing guest service activities
  • Operating kitchen and bar facilities and service counter areas
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Supervisor/Manager
  • Auditing cash handling procedures
  • Managing team members to maintain a dynamic environment
  • Implementing local area marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Potential for career advancement to Duty Manager, Trainee Manager, or Assistant Manager
  • Completion of Grade 10 English and Maths
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and decision-making skills
  • Leadership and development skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Above-average computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality and business principles

This position requires a strong focus on delivering quality guest service, managing priorities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
