Director of Systems Verification

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our systems verification efforts.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of design verification and validation. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the development of scalable, cost-efficient processes that guarantee our products meet design input requirements and user needs.

As Director of Systems Verification, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing a global team, developing strategic approaches to leverage internal and external resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan resource allocation effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team of skilled professionals in the field of systems verification.
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to verification and validation services aligned with R&D strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within the verification and validation discipline.
  • Provide technical guidance and lead decision-making, identifying opportunities for cutting-edge technologies and product innovation.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in design and development.
  • Good understanding of product design and verification/validation principles.
  • Experience managing internal engineering or verification teams and external partners simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, select, and manage external partners for increased business performance and improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with divergent interests, achieving optimal business outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
