Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to validate system changes meet business requirements and are fit for purpose before release into production environments.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of our systems by collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with change owners, SMEs, business analysts, and delivery partners to validate system changes.
  • Design, review, and execute detailed test cases aligned to business needs.
  • Participate in co-design sessions and solution walkthroughs.
  • Contribute to Test Scenario Identification and Test Case Review Workshops.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in user acceptance testing in a government or enterprise ICT environment, strong stakeholder engagement skills, high attention to detail, and excellent documentation practices.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in user acceptance testing in a government or enterprise ICT environment.

  • High attention to detail and excellent documentation practices.
  • A strong understanding of testing frameworks, test case design, and defect management.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience with government projects.
  • Certification in software testing or relevant methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage.
