We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Validation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic team.

About the Role

This position involves managing the validation program and department to ensure that the validated state of GMP facilities, equipment, systems, and processes are maintained at all times. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Slade Health validation Department, project managing new and existing validation projects, driving the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing costs within annual facility and validation budgets, preparing and submitting validation reports for Quality Management Review to the Leadership team, and promoting a culture of safety amongst staff at all levels by leading and role modelling safe work practices.
