Job Description:

McCosker Contracting seeks a Senior Project Engineer to deliver exceptional outcomes in civil engineering and construction.

This role provides effective engineering capability to achieve completion of contracted works in accordance with client requirements and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the project engineering team
  • Oversight of project tracking, reporting, and controls
  • Deliver projects on time and to quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
  • General Construction Induction (white card/blue card)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level in civil engineering and construction
  • Strong knowledge of the civil construction standards, including legislation, and associated practices
  • Experience in managing and applying project management principles
  • Able to liaise, mediate, and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Experience in managing project commercials
