Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Relationship Managers in generating high-quality deals and managing business banking portfolios
  • Conduct property finance deal analysis and support Relationship Managers with regular portfolio reviews
  • Identify potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to Relationship Managers to inform business decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Background in business banking analysis or property finance/property lending
  • Strong financial smarts and credit analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
