  • Quality Control: Manage the food production and storage area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide, influence, and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Certificate III Commercial Cooking: A qualification in commercial cooking is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supervising staff in a large-scale food production environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work afternoon shifts, which can commence from 2:30 pm until 10:30 pm.
