Job Description:

This senior administrative position plays a vital role in supporting the ICU Medical Director and Nurse Unit Manager, ensuring timely and effective administrative activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering relevant reports to achieve compliance with internal and external KPIs, performing administrative tasks and forward planning for short and long-term operations, and fostering a positive team culture.

The role requires strong time management and relationship development skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to current policies and procedures.
  • Deliver timely reports to meet KPI requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks and plan for short and long-term operations.
  • Foster a positive team culture.
  • Identify and escalate risks, recommending solutions where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate or Diploma level qualification, administrative training and experience, advanced Microsoft skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
