About the Role

The successful candidate will provide personal care, manual handling, and physical therapy support to clients in their homes and within the community. You will also assist with domestic services, meal assistance, and community access.

Responsibilities

">

- Personal Care: assisting with showering, dressing, bowel care, and toileting
- Manual Handling: hoisting and other manual handling tasks
- Physical Therapy/Hydro Support: assisting clients with physical therapy and hydrotherapy sessions
- Domestic Services: assisting with household chores and meal preparation
- Community Access: accompanying clients on outings and activities

Requirements

">

- Current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)
- Current First Aid Certification (Valid for three years) and CPR Certification (Valid for 12 months)
- Current Working with Children's Check (Employer)
- Related Qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Disability, Aged Care, and/or Home and Community Care)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (for Community Access)
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
