Vital Nursing Assistant

About the Job:- Provide person-centred care to residents, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with the registered nurse to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Consult with residents and their families to ensure that their needs are met and their preferences respected.
- Assist the registered nurse in supervising and guiding other caregivers as needed.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting the registered nurse and clinical manager, as well as participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:- Minimum of 6 months' experience in aged care or a related field.
- Previous experience working in home care packages and/or community services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and schedule care services efficiently.
- Sound clinical skills, particularly around emergency management.
