About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled ISO 55001 Auditor to join our team at SSEN Transmission.

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring the performance of our Asset Management System and ensuring compliance with the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations (ESQCR). You'll also support the development of our asset management strategies to meet our key business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing and auditing SSEN Transmission's Asset Management System to the ISO 55001 standard, providing appropriate KPIs & reporting to demonstrate continuous improvement in our asset management performance.
  • Carrying out internal audits to ensure independent guarantee that all Transmission's risk management, governance and control processes are operating effectively.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of SSEN Transmission's Asset Management capabilities, using feedback gained from external benchmarking activities.
  • Maintaining compliance with the ESQC Regulations through audit & collaborative engagement with key stakeholders throughout SSEN Transmission.
  • Defining and maintaining the asset risk register in collaboration with the Risk and Assurance Team and ensuring it is communicated with relevant stakeholders.
