About the Role

As a lead educator in our Kindergarten room, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of educators to create engaging learning experiences for young children.

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who can develop and implement educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering growth and development in young minds.

The successful candidate will work closely with the centre team to ensure we meet and exceed the National Quality Standards. If you have a passion for early childhood education and leadership, we would love to hear from you

Duties include:

  • Motivating and leading a team of educators
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs
  • Supporting the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards

Requirements:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
